At limerence-m, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or authorization form.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
